8bdt Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the 8bdt website accessible at https://8bdt.io, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, and services available therein.
• "Account" means a registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether or not they hold a registered Account.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any bonus funds that have met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds are converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 8bdt with respect to your use of the Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use the Platform:

8bdt reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to restrict or terminate access if any condition above is found to be unsatisfied.

To access the full range of 8bdt services, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).

Each Player may hold only one Account. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using a third party's details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in all Accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration details remain accurate and up to date. If any information changes after registration, you must update your Account details promptly by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate Account closure.

8bdt reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

As part of our commitment to safe and responsible operation, 8bdt may require you to complete identity verification at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a significant change in account activity, or when required by our internal risk assessment procedures.

Verification documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (screenshot or confirmation from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay showing your registered number).
• A selfie photograph with your identity document, where requested.

Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete. 8bdt aims to process submitted verification documents within 48 hours during normal operating periods. If verification is not completed within 30 days of a request being issued, 8bdt reserves the right to close the Account and return deposited funds to the original payment method, minus any bonus amounts received.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Standard deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt. 8bdt does not charge a deposit fee on standard transactions, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering policy. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to successful identity verification. During peak periods or for larger withdrawal amounts, processing may take up to 72 hours.

Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8bdt does not support multi-currency accounts. Any funds received in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing rate at the time of receipt, and any applicable conversion costs are borne by the Player.

Declined Transactions. 8bdt reserves the right to decline a deposit or withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the Platform may request additional documentation before processing the transaction.

From time to time, 8bdt offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. The availability, terms, and duration of each promotion are published on the Platform at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are not immediately withdrawable.
• Each bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement that must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted at expiry are forfeited without compensation.
• 8bdt reserves the right to determine which games and bet types contribute to wagering requirements. Certain game types (for example, live dealer games or low-margin casino tables) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any time unless the specific promotion explicitly allows otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any indication that a bonus is being exploited through coordinated play, multi-accounting, or systematic low-risk betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay will result in the bonus being voided and the Account reviewed.
• 8bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations are honoured where a bonus has already been accepted and wagering has commenced.

All bets placed on 8bdt are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game, as published on the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by a specific market's rules (for example, cash-out options where available).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, and market type. Current limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an obviously incorrect price being displayed (manifest error), 8bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed at that erroneous price and to return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• For cricket and other live in-play markets, bets are accepted subject to network availability and live data feed accuracy. 8bdt is not liable for delays in live data that may affect in-play betting decisions.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not reach its natural conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules published for that market. In the absence of specific rules, 8bdt's trading team will apply standard industry settlement practices.
• 8bdt reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets at its discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8bdt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point, including during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Attempting to defraud 8bdt or other Players through any means, including collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play in multiplayer games.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit market inefficiencies, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any such gains are considered void and must be returned.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses 8bdt staff or other Players.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, as determined by 8bdt at its sole discretion.

All content on the 8bdt Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, data, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 8bdt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 8bdt.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is governed by their individual licensing agreements with 8bdt.

8bdt provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

8bdt makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, during which time 8bdt will not be liable for any losses arising from your inability to access the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

8bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. The revised terms will be effective from the date displayed in the "Last updated" notice at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
